Series 5004 - Model DLA150BG
Drum Lid Mounted Air Mixers, Variable High Speed
1-1/2 HP air motor, 300 to 3000 RPM

This air mixer model is bolted with a gasket to the lid and may be easily moved from one open drum to another. A special adapter may be supplied to screw in to the 2" NPT bung opening for closed drums. The high shear blade may be replaced with a marine type propeller or very high efficiency turbine or folding impeller.

Lip seal on mixing shaft may be added to block fumes and vapors. 

Series 5004 -Model DLA-150PL
Drum Lid Mounted Air Mixers, Variable High Speed
1-1/2 HP air motor, 300 to 3000 RPM

This air mixer model is the same as the above model, but it is bolted to the lid by a bracket and may be easily moved from one open drum to another. The mixing shaft goes through an opening in the lid.

Series 5004 -Model VHD-150LBG

This air mixer model is bolted with a gasket to the lid and may be easily moved from one open drum to another. The bearing housing contains an outboard bearing for mixing shaft stability and a lip seal to contain vapor. The high shear blade may be replaced with a marine type propeller or very high efficiency turbine or folding impeller. This model is equipped with 2 high shear blades type HSF.

Series 5004A - Model DBE150BG
Drum Bung Entering Air Mixers, Variable Speed
1-1/2 HP air motor, 300 to 3000 RPM

This air mixer model is screwed in to the 2" NPT bung opening of the closed drum for quick and easy mounting on standard steel drums. The special adapter allows the shaft to be at an angle for optimum mixing. The standard folding impeller in SS304 folds for entry and opens to 4" diameter when mixing. The impeller comes with a hub that allows adjustment anywhere on the shaft. Additional impellers with various opening diameters are available.

Series 5004A - Model DBE150PL
Drum Bung Entering Air Mixers, Variable Speed

This air mixer model is the same as the above model, but it clamps on to the rim of the drum while is being inserted in to the 2" NPT bung opening of the closed drum for quick and easy mounting on standard steel drums. The special clamp allows the shaft to be at an angle for optimum mixing.
